Manufactured in Italy the ASA6 is a 12 volt sliding gate
operator. Like all sliding gate operators the ASA6 is self locking and
comes with manual override by key for emergencies. The ASA6 is suitable
for gates to 500 kilograms in weight. The ASA6 has a full aluminum base
and comes complete with mounting plate and limit actuators. The ASA6 has
become one of our most popular sliding gate motors due to the unique removable
transformer that allows you to locate mains power elsewhere and run low
voltage cabling out to the motor. The transformer has three separate voltage
settings to allow for voltage drop over distance.
The ASA6 has a built in control board, the K50 with inputs for photocells
and switches etc. The K50 control board also allows for slow down at the
end of each cycle allowing for a soft finish and includes a battery charge
board for battery backup. The ASA6 can also be converted to run on solar
